The Kherson City Military Administration has updated the funding plan for the city’s three municipal utilities. A total of 38.85 million hryvnias has been allocated to support them in 2026, with most of this amount going toward employee salaries.
The corresponding order was signed by Yaroslav Shanko, head of the Kherson City Military Administration.
The largest allocation— 36.88 million hryvnias —is earmarked forthe “Municipal Guard” utility company. Of this amount, nearly 29.84 million hryvnias will cover employee salaries, with an additional 6.5 million hryvnias allocated for payroll taxes.
The enterprise’s budget also includes 477,700 hryvnias in income tax. An additional 62,600 hryvnias will be allocated for materials and software for the fire monitoring control panel.
The municipal enterprise “Service-Opt” is allocated 1.48 million hryvnias. Of this amount, approximately 1.21 million hryvnias will go toward employee salaries, and another 266,200 hryvnias will cover payroll taxes.
The municipal enterprise “Service-Center” will receive the smallest amount— 490,500 hryvnias. 370,900 hryvnias have been allocated for employee salaries, payroll taxes will amount to 57,600 hryvnias, and an additional 62,000 hryvnias have been allocated for heat supply.
As reported by Intent, in 2025, Kherson planned to spend over 85 million hryvnias on the operations of municipal enterprises and the maintenance of city infrastructure.
Of this amount, over 10 million hryvnias were allocated to fund the operations of the “Municipal Guard” municipal enterprise.
