In Izmail, Russians hit a ship flying the Panamanian flag

At night, the Russian army massively attacked civilian and port infrastructure in the south of Odesa region with drones.

In particular, according to the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper, a civilian ship flying the Panamanian flag, a pier, and a barge were damaged in the port of Izmail.

Port equipment was also damaged, and a service station building was destroyed by shelling and subsequently caught fire. Two passenger buses and seven cars were destroyed. Six private houses were also hit, and their roofs were damaged. An ambulance was also damaged.

However, according to preliminary reports, there were no fatalities or injuries. Emergency and utility services are working on the ground to eliminate the consequences.

On the night of April 14, starting at 18:00 on April 13, the Russians attacked Ukraine with four X-59/69 guided missiles and 129 Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas and other types of attack drones. According to preliminary data, as of 8:00 a.m., air defense neutralized a guided missile and 114 enemy Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas and other types of UAVs in the north, south and east of the country.

There were 12 strike UAVs hit at 8 locations, and the downed ones fell (wreckage) at 5 locations. Information about three enemy missiles is being clarified.

Two people died as a result of a Russian unmanned aerial vehicle hitting a residential area in Odesa on the night of April 11: the drone hit a private one-story house and killed them. Civilian infrastructure was severely damaged: dozens of private and apartment buildings, a dormitory, and a kindergarten building. Windows were smashed, roofs and facades were damaged. Catering facilities were damaged. Infrastructure facilities were also hit.
