In Chornomorska hromada, breadwinners were distributed without auctions

The Department of Education of the Chornomorsk City Council of Odesa Oblast conducted eight procurements to select companies that will provide catering services to students of lyceums in the city and three villages of the community.

According to the Center for Public Investigations, the relevant information was published in the Prozorro electronic procurement system.

The total value of the contracts amounted to UAH 65.5 million. All procurements were conducted in the format of open bidding with the peculiarity of having only one company per procurement.

The victory was equally shared by VitalMilHub Limited Liability Company and Pivdenne Siyivo-11 Limited Liability Company, each of which won four tenders.

What is known about the winners

According to the YouControl service, VitalMilHub LLC was registered in Odesa in 2019. The owner is Nikita Lyubarsky from Kyiv. Southern Lights - 11 LLC was registered in 2024 in Chornomorsk. The owner is a local resident Serhiy Riabyi.

The distribution is the same as last year

VitalMilHab LLC received the right to organize meals for students in grades 1-4 and 5-11:

The total amount expected to be spent by the company is UAH 33.2 million.

Pivdenne Siyayvo-11 LLC will provide meals for students: Chornomorsk Lyceum No. 2, Chornomorsk Lyceum No. 3, Chornomorsk Lyceum No. 6 and Malodolynske Secondary School.

The total amount the company expects to spend is UAH 32.3 million.

Last year, the same two companies divided the tenders for the right to feed students of Chornomorsk community schools. Since then, the schools and distribution have not changed.
