Why he became the head of the finance department

The fact is that the previous director of the Department of Finance , Svitlana Bedreha , was dismissed by agreement of the parties after she entered into a plea agreement with the investigation and testified in the case where she was a defendant along with other former deputy mayors Mykhailo Kuchuk and Oleh Bryndak. Svitlana Bedreha donated 500 thousand hryvnias to support the Army of Drones project. The ex-official made this contribution shortly before her dismissal.

According to the data, before her dismissal from the city council, the former chief financial officer of Odesa made two contributions: On July 15 - UAH 200 thousand, and on July 16 - UAH 300 thousand.

Meanwhile, the head of the Odesa City Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak, ordered a full audit of municipal enterprises to save money.
