The chief physician of Odesa City Hospital No. 1, known in Odesa as the Jewish Hospital, Yevhen Grigoriev, has resigned from his position.

He announced this on his Facebook page.

"Today, ten years later, I am addressing you with a special feeling. This day marks the end of my work at City Clinical Hospital No. 1. Ten years have flown by incredibly fast, becoming the most difficult but also the most interesting stage in my professional life," he wrote.

In addition to his position as chief physician, Yevhen Hryhoriev is also the chairman of the Odesa Territorial City Election Commission. In April 2017, he headed the Health Department of the Odesa City Council, but in June 2018 he was dismissed from this position.

Meanwhile, Olena Kolodenko, director of the Primary Health Care Center No. 3 in Odesa, was appointed head of the Health Department of the Odesa City Council.

Levon Nikoghosyan , the previous director of the Odesa City Council's Health Department, resigned in early November. At one of the last working meetings in the Odesa City Council, the head of the department was offered to resign voluntarily.

Levon Nikoghosyan has been the head of the Odesa City Health Department since 2021, after he was appointed to the position to replace Olena Yakymenko. Previously, he ran the Odesa Pharm utility company and served as president of the Odesa Oblast Pharmacists Association.

At the same time, Andrii Zarytskyi, acting director of the Finance Department of Odesa City Council, was dismissed from his position. The decision was made on the basis of the official's statement, which he submitted during a staff meeting with the head of the Odesa City Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak, on November 3.
