The Kyiv District Administrative Court dismissed the complaint of former Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine Dmytro Verbytskyi, who complained about the conclusion of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption.

This was made known in the court's decision.

Prior to becoming Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine, Dmytro Verbytskyi was a deputy prosecutor of Odesa region. The National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption has completed a full review of the annual declaration for 2023 of former Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine Dmytro Verbytskyi. The audit lasted from October 7, 2024 to April 4, 2025 and covered all sections of the declaration: real estate, valuable movable property, vehicles and monetary assets.

As a result of the audit, the NACP found signs of illicit enrichment in the amount of over UAH 30 million and false information worth UAH 2.38 million. The agency found that Verbytskyi incorrectly indicated the type of title to a number of real estate properties that were purchased with his funds but registered in the names of third parties, including his ex-wife, Viktoriia Verbytska, and others.

In particular, they found:

The declaration also revealed inaccuracies regarding the use of other real estate, jewelry, and a Lexus NX 300H car that Verbytskyi formally used, as well as discrepancies in the section "Monetary assets." For example, the declared cash in the amount of 60 thousand dollars and 100 thousand hryvnias does not correspond to the confirmed income and savings for 2012-2021. As noted in the conclusion, the total value of the acquired assets significantly exceeded Verbytskyi's declared income (UAH 3.6 million), which indicates the use of funds from unidentified sources.
