Expenditures exceed revenues: budget changes in Dobroslav

On Tuesday, June 10, at an extraordinary session, Dobroslav deputies made changes to the village budget.

According to Intent, the revenue side of the budget was increased by UAH 6 million 24 thousand: by UAH 5 million 524 thousand for the general fund, and by UAH 500 thousand at the expense of a subvention from the budget of the Vyzyr territorial community for the implementation of investment projects. Instead, the expenditure side was increased by UAH 7 million 124 thousand: by UAH 5 million 432 thousand for the general fund and by UAH 1 million 692 thousand for the special fund.

At the same time, UAH 4 million 624 thousand was allocated to the Dobroslav village council, of which UAH 400 thousand was spent on electricity for budgetary institutions, and UAH 50 thousand on other current expenses.

Dobroslav hospital received a subvention from the budget of the Vyzyr territorial community - UAH 500 thousand for the purchase of medical equipment. UAH 350.3 thousand was allocated from the local budget for the overhaul of the kitchen and food warehouse at the medical facility.

Expenditures to support the activities of public utilities were increased by UAH 1 million 452 thousand to improve water supply, current repairs, and purchase submersible pumps.

UAH 2 million 42 thousand were allocated for public amenities : electricity, solid waste collection, and road repairs.

The Department of Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports - UAH 1 million 600 thousand.

Preschool education - UAH 85 thousand, general secondary education institutions - UAH 1 million 408.5 thousand. Among other things, the local Internet network in Dobroslav Lyceum will be repaired, and UAH 280 thousand will be allocated for this purpose, and UAH 40 thousand will be allocated for water supply.

UAH 400 thousand will be allocated for major repairs of the premises to equip a center for teaching the subject "Defense of Ukraine" at the Dobroslav Lyceum .

Cultural institutions (clubs) were allocated UAH 20 thousand, and another UAH 20 thousand was added to other cultural institutions. Libraries received UAH 30 thousand to replenish their book stock. Children's and youth sports schools received UAH 27 thousand.

The centralized accounting department received 40 thousand hryvnias. The financial department of the Dobroslav village council received UAH 900 thousand to finance mobilization training for three military units.
