A company from Mykolaiv region is suspected of evading over UAH 56 million in taxes through exports. Investigators were granted temporary access to the company's financial documents.

This is stated in the decision of the Central District Court of Mykolaiv.

According to the investigation, in 2024, the company exported industrial products, seeds, nuts, and eggs worth more than UAH 300 million. At the same time, the origin of these products was not established, and the company did not file an income tax return at all. As a result, the state budget could have lost more than UAH 55 million, which is 18% of the declared exports.

According to the YouControl online analytical system, Prikros LLC was registered in 2017 in Mykolaiv, has a registered capital of UAH 1,000 and is subject to the general taxation system. The main activity is wholesale trade in fruits and vegetables. The company's founder is Alisher Nishonov, a citizen of Uzbekistan. The company's total revenue in 2021 amounted to UAH 2.1 million. In 2024, the company's imports from foreign economic activity amounted to 4-4.5 million.

SBI investigators insist that the company's financial and accounting documents are necessary for forensic examinations. According to them, the company's officials may have intentionally evaded taxes.

The criminal proceedings are being conducted under Part 3 of Article 212 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - tax evasion on a large scale. If found guilty, the defendants face up to 10 years in prison with confiscation of property. The court's decision came into force immediately after the announcement and will remain in force for 60 days.

Also in early July, the court granted investigators access to documents in the case concerning the export of soybeans. According to the investigation, the company concealed a significant portion of its income and tried to avoid paying taxes. Investigators found that officials of Sunrise MK LLC evaded taxation of the facility worth more than UAH 218 million between August and December 2023.
