Department directors of Odesa Regional Insurance Company earned a million each last year

The total payments for the year for each director or director of departments of the Odesa Regional Military Administration exceeded one million hryvnias each.

This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations with reference to the responses it received to its inquiries from the Regional Military Administration.

Maryna Zinchenko has the highest salary among the directors of the Odesa Regional Military Administration departments who responded to the request. She earned UAH 1 million 355.7 thousand over the year. Her December accrual exceeded UAH 336 thousand: her salary amounted to UAH 55 thousand, allowances of UAH 25.4 thousand, bonuses of UAH 16.5 thousand, plus UAH 126.6 thousand of evaluation bonuses and UAH 67.8 thousand of vacation compensation.

The next in this, so to speak, ranking is Oleksandr Haiduk, Director of the Department of Maritime, Transport Infrastructure and Communications, with UAH 1 million 236.6 thousand in salary. His salary was UAH 46.5 thousand before August 14 and UAH 59.4 thousand afterwards, an increase due to the inclusion of Odesa community in the list of areas of possible hostilities. He received financial assistance twice: in March (UAH 61.3 thousand) and July (UAH 70.3 thousand). In December, he received UAH 89.2 thousand in bonuses and UAH 33.6 thousand in vacation compensation.

Kateryna Marchenko, Director of the Department of International Cooperation and Protocol, received a slightly lower salary than her colleague - UAH 1 million 170.3 thousand. The salary is the same: UAH 46.5 thousand - 59.4 thousand since August. The monthly bonus was 20%, and the longevity allowance was 18% (one of the highest among all). In September, Marchenko was awarded UAH 58.4 thousand in health care benefits, and in December, she received UAH 40.3 thousand in annual bonuses and UAH 86.5 thousand in financial aid.

UAH 1 million 161.2 thousand was paid to Oleksiy Dmytrenko, Director of the Economics Department. At the same time, his salary amounted to: UAH 49.1 thousand until August 13, then UAH 62 thousand. In September, the chief economist was awarded another UAH 55.5 thousand in health care benefits. And in December, his earnings amounted to UAH 249,821: salary, allowances, UAH 40.3 thousand of annual bonus, UAH 76.8 thousand of financial aid and UAH 40.2 thousand of vacation compensation.

Separately, the Department of Digital Development: the response was signed by acting director Daria Dzhuhan, and the data was provided only for seven months - January-July - of the acting director of the department, Ivan Tymoshenko. During this time, he was paid UAH 526.7 thousand.
