The Zubayster project, which is a vehicle equipped as a mobile dental office for treating the military near the contact line, is almost ceasing to exist.

This was announced by the project's founder, dentist Serhiy Bas.

"We are not tired. We haven't even run out of money. But we have run out of motivated people. Unfortunately, despite the availability of permits from the South headquarters, we have already mobilized two leading doctors in the last two weeks," the best endodontist and surgeon, he explained.

An endodontist is a dentist who specializes in root canal treatment. He or she treats pulpitis, periodontitis, removes infected tissue, cleans and seals canals, and deals with other problems related to the inside of the tooth.

Serhiy Bas emphasized that all project participants agree on the need to contribute to the country's defense, but the fact is that highly qualified and motivated doctors were mobilized as infantry riflemen.

"It is quite strange to read about the lack of doctors in the Armed Forces. Is it written by those who deceitfully force you to sign documents promising you a position as a doctor? And then they leave you as a shooter?" There is a great need for this help. But the leadership of the Armed Forces believes that these two shooters are more important acquisitions than a team of motivated doctors who have completely cured more than three thousand soldiers in three years. The team that has treated in Pokrovsk, Sloviansk, near Orikhiv, and is constantly treating near Dnipro in Kherson and Mykolaiv regions," Bas noted.

Since the end of 2022, the mobile dentistry vehicle Zubaister has been traveling closer to the contact line to relieve toothaches and treat acute conditions of the military. In one day, they manage to treat about 20-30 patients in the vehicle.
