The Economic Court of Odesa Region has recovered UAH 117.5 million from the Russian Federation following a lawsuit filed by the Odesa subsidiary of Integrated Logistics Systems.

The company claimed compensation for damages caused by a missile strike on the night of May 8, 2023, the Dumskaya newspaper reported.

The direct damage was estimated at UAH 12.5 million, with another UAH 105 million in lost profits. The Security Service of Ukraine has launched a pre-trial investigation under Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code (violation of the laws and customs of war).

"Integrated Logistics Systems is a national logistics operator and the exclusive agent of DAMCO in Ukraine. The company also fulfills orders for KERNEL, DOW Chemical Company, Carlsberg, IDS Group, Industrial and Distribution Systems CJSC, Escaro, Watsons Ukraine and other multinational organizations.
