Country of Dreams: Dobroslav announces a second tender for the renovation of a kindergarten for more than 180 million

In Dobroslav, Odesa Oblast, the village council is once again looking for a contractor to reconstruct building No. 1 of the Krayina Mriy kindergarten.

This is stated in the Prozorro electronic procurement system, according to the Center for Public Investigations.

The Department of Education, Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports of the Dobroslav Village Council has already announced a tender for the renovation of the preschool. It was planned to spend 183 million 366 thousand hryvnias on the work. Two companies took part in the tender: Mistdorbud Service LLC and Inzh-Stroy LLC. The latter was preferred, although the offer of Inzh-Stroy LLC was 1 million 33.6 thousand hryvnias more expensive than its competitor. The company agreed to work for UAH 174 million 125 thousand. However, the tender was later canceled due to deficiencies in the documents and lack of work experience.

On September 17, a new tender with the same price was posted on the e-procurement website. Participants have until October 16 to submit their proposals, and the winner will be selected on the same day in an open bidding format with special features, which means a shorter timeframe than usual. In addition, as a rule, such procurement is carried out on a non-competitive basis. All works are to be completed by December 1, 2025.

According to the tender documentation, the existing kindergarten buildings are to be dismantled and a new two-story building is to be constructed on the site. It also provides for the relocation of the boiler room to the site of the outbuildings and the installation of a metal fence around it. In addition, the contractor is obliged to arrange sidewalks, driveways, playgrounds and sports grounds, lawns and front gardens.

Recently, the Dalnytsia Village Council in Odesa Oblast announced a procurement to select a contractor to be paid for the reconstruction of an administrative building.

Also, Vyzyr village council in Odesa region announced a tender to select a contractor to be paid for the reconstruction of an administrative building with an extension and landscaping.
