The Administrative Board of the Southern Interregional Territorial Department of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has established the existence of collusion between Agromarket-Expo and Green Trade South LLC during their preparation and participation in six auctions for the sale of land lease rights.

According to the AMCU's press service, the auctions were held by the Chogodariv Village Council of Berezivskyi District, Odesa Region, in 2023.

Based on the results of the case, the Department established a number of facts and circumstances that, taken together, indicate the coordination of the behavior of Agromarket-Expo LLC and Green Trade South LLC during the preparation and participation in the auctions.

"On May 28, 2026, the administrative board of the Southern MTV recognized the actions of Agromarket-Expo LLC and Green Trade South LLC as a violation of the legislation on the protection of economic competition under paragraph 1 of Article 50, paragraph 4 of part two of Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Economic Competition" in the form of anticompetitive concerted actions regarding the distortion of auction results," the Southern MTV reported.

For such actions, the defendants were fined a total of UAH 715.4 thousand. According to the YouControl system, Agromarket-Expo LLC was registered in 2010 in the village of Zatyshshia, Odesa region. The owner is Dmytro Argunov from Odesa. He is also the owner of Green Trade South LLC, which was registered in 2020 in Odesa.

The Administrative Board of the Southern Interregional Territorial Department of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has started considering a case of possible collusion between the two companies during a privatization auction in Odesa. The case concerns the privatization auction of the unified property complex of the state enterprise Odesa Research Institute of Television Equipment.
