Boats, Lexus and trailer homes: what Kherson city council members own

Not all Kherson deputies can boast of luxurious car fleets, but there are those who clearly do not deny themselves the comfort of wheels - and not only that. In addition to cars and boats, some MPs have declared intangible assets such as corporate rights, securities, and even personal collections.

This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations.

The most striking collection was declared by Mykhailo Opanashchenko of the OPFL and his wife Tetiana. He owns a Toyota Camry, a Daewoo Sens, and a Caravans trailer. But his wife has a whole fleet of premium cars: Hyundai H-200, Lexus RX350, and Lexus LS 460 L. And all of this hasn't changed since 2023.

Yurii Rozhkov, a former MP from "We Live Here," has even more interesting vehicles. His declaration includes a Four Winns boat, a Hyundai Santa FE SUV, a Renault Kangoo truck, and a carriage trailer. In 2023, his wife also owned a BMW X6, which she sold for UAH 1.8 million in 2024. Rozhkov himself declared the sale of movable property worth UAH 5.1 million, but did not specify what he sold: the entire list of vehicles remained the same.

Among the current MPs, Alla Malytska stands out. She owns a Subaru XV, and her husband owns a motor boat Anrida and a Toyota Highlander, which he purchased in 2024 for 350 thousand hryvnias.

Other MPs have much more modest fleets - one or two cars each. Some have none at all. In particular, Andrii Dmytriiev, Serhii Kharchenko, Mykola Dmytriiev, Andrii Sydorenko, Olha Spivakina, Olena Mazur, Viktor Sukhokobylin, Oleksii Zabolotnyi, Yurii Poputko, Andrii Tkachenko, and Pavlo Manchenko did not indicate any vehicles in their declarations.

However, they do not walk. For example, Serhii Kharchenko uses a Skoda Octavia registered to Vira Lytvak. And Yuriy Poputko, who was served with a suspicion of abuse of power in March 2024, declared the right to drive a VAZ 11183 and a Mitsubishi Outlander registered to people with the same surname - presumably his parents

The undisputed leader in terms of the value of such assets is the family of Anton Khmaro: together with his wife Natalia, they own five companies: "Justa, Invoice Plus, Inter West, and two law firms. The total value of their shares is UAH 6.6 million.

Pavlo Manchenko declared shares in Marin Man representative offices in three countries - Ukraine, Poland and Estonia. Their value is almost UAH 300 thousand. Mykola Dmytriyev owns shares in pharmaceutical and development companies totaling UAH 120 thousand.

Mykhailo Opanashchenko declared 100% in Tavriyapromstroy LLC worth UAH 20 thousand, and Andriy Medvedev has shares in two companies worth UAH 16 thousand. The smallest amount of assets was declared by Kostiantyn Kyrychenko, with only UAH 10.5 thousand in four companies. Andriy Dmitriev also indicated that he has a collection of stamps and coins, but did not specify its value.

As noted in the media, the property of Kherson city council members is a mosaic of everything from premium cars and boats to old trailers, companies in Poland, and stamp collections. Some of them have everything registered in their spouses' names, some use other people's vehicles "for free," and some do not declare their homes at all. This situation has been going on for years.

Also, the four MPs representing Kherson region in the Verkhovna Rada live quite modestly: their declarations have hardly changed since 2022 - only their salaries, without new acquisitions or significant asset growth. The only one who stands out from his colleagues is Pavlo Pavlish with more than UAH 12 million in savings, while Sergiy Kozyr, Viktoriia Vahner, and Volodymyr Ivanov declared much smaller amounts or nothing at all.
