Ashton Kutcher called the attacks on Odessa a sign of Putin's desperation

<span><span><span><span><span><span>Hollywood actor Ashton Kutcher made an emotional appeal to Vladimir Putin following Russia’s latest attack on Odesa. He pointed out that the shelling of the city was an act of incompetence or desperation and called on the dictator to surrender.</span></span></span></span></span></span>

<span><span><span><span><span><span>This was stated in the actor’s post on social media. </span></span></span></span></span></span>

The actor drew particular attention to the destruction of the Chornomorets Stadium.

<span><span><span><span><span><span>The Hollywood actor has previously been vocal in expressing his solidarity with Ukraine. Together with his wife, Mila Kunis, who was born in Chernivtsi, he launched a large-scale campaign to support Ukrainians immediately after the start of the full-scale war. They managed to raise $35 million in charitable donations, of which the couple donated $3 million from their own savings.</span></span></span></span></span></span>

The“Chornomorets”stadium in Odesa was hit by a Russian attack on August 7. The roof, windows, and stands were damaged. A 29-year-old woman sustained shrapnel wounds.

The Ukrainian Premier League Matchday 2game between “Chornomorets” and “Kolos,” which was scheduled to take place on August 8 at the “Chornomorets” Stadium, has been rescheduled to one of the alternate dates. The new date and kickoff time for the match will be determined at a later date by the Ukrainian Premier League (UPL) Directorate.

On the night of August 9, Russian troops carried out one of the most massive strikes on the Odesa region, using 11 missiles of various types and up to 100 drones, including jet-powered drones and “Banderole”-type loitering munitions.
