An interim manager has been appointed for the "Spartak" Stadium in Odesa

Timur Stankevich has been appointed acting director of the Odesa municipal enterprise “Spartak Stadium.” The appointment was made following the resignation of the previous director. 

The corresponding order was signed by Acting Mayor Ihor Koval.

The appointment is valid until the position of director is filled in accordance with current legislation. 

Previously, Timur Stankevich served as deputy director of the aforementioned municipal enterprise. Zurab Shonia held the position of acting director of the “Spartak Stadium” municipal enterprise until September 18. He was dismissed by mutual agreement. 

<span><span><span><span><span><span>Timur Vasilyevich Stankevich is a former entrepreneur. In September 2008, he registered a sole proprietorship with“Building Construction” as its primary activity. The entrepreneur operated the business for nearly six years and was removed from state and tax registries on August 11, 2014. He currently has no other active companies.</span></span></span></span></span></span>

The“Spartak” Stadium is one of Odesa’s oldest sports arenas, opened in November 1928 on Kanatna Street. For a long time, the stadium remained the city’s main venue for large-scale soccer matches and competitions until it was surpassed by the arena in Shevchenko Park. After several phases of extensive renovations, the stadium’s seating capacity is approximately 4,800 spectators.
