Additional Resilience Centers deployed in Odesa to support residents

In Odesa, residents have a new opportunity to stay connected and warm during the cold weather without any hassle. The city services have set up a network of tents and support points in different parts of the city.

This was reported by the press service of the Odesa City Council.

Additional tents have been deployed in Odesa to support residents during difficult weather conditions and emergencies. In the tents, you can recharge phones and other gadgets for free, use the Internet, and drink tea or water.

At the same time, stationary invincibility points and warming centers continue to operate, and their addresses are available in the Diia and MISTO apps.

Additional tents are located at the following addresses: 50/1 Yevhen Chykalenko Street, 55 and 75, 81/1 Yevhen Chykalenko Street; 2 and 22 Knyazya Yaroslav Mudrogo Avenue; 55 and 85 Akademika Korolyova Street, 58a Akademika Korolyova Street; 4 and 58a Semiia Hlodan Street. Hlodan Family 4 and 49; 57 Serhiy Shelukhin Street; 10a, 15A, 47/2, 87a Nebesna Sotnia Avenue; corner of Korolova-Levitan in Luch Park; Nebesna Sotnia/Levitan Avenue (Kopiyka store, front) and Peremohy Park.

Residents are encouraged to use tents if necessary and follow updates on the city's digital services.

On February 16, 15 settlements in Stepanivska, Zakharivska, Tsebrykivska and Velykomykhailivska territorial communities in Rozdilnyansky district were affected by flooding. A total of 93 houses in those communities were flooded. Another 75 houses were damaged by the flood in Mykolaivka, Chohodarivka, Shyriayivka, Petrovirivka and Chernivtsi communities of Bereziv district.

Last year, 9 people, including one child, died as a result of the storm on September 30 in Odesa. The bad weather caused serious damage: flooding of roads, power outages, property damage, and trees falling down.
