A Russian warship caught fire in the temporarily occupied Crimea. The vessel was moored near the Black Sea Fleet military arsenal. At the same time, Ukrainian reconnaissance men destroyed key enemy air defense facilities on the peninsula.

This was reported by the Krymsky Viter telegram channel, which cites the testimony of local residents.

According to the residents of occupied Sevastopol, the ship caught fire near the pier, from which thick black smoke was rising, which was visible from afar.

Witnesses clarified that the ship was moored next to the arsenal of the Russian Black Sea Fleet. As noted in the channel, due to the camouflage nets installed by the occupiers on the superstructure, it is currently impossible to identify the type of ship. The causes of the fire and the extent of the damage are also not yet known.

The incident occurred in the Sukharna Bay area, where a rock adit with an arsenal of the Russian Black Sea Fleet is located nearby. Witnesses emphasize that the fire lasted for some time and posed a threat to the surrounding facilities.

Also, on the night of November 1 to 2, 2025, units of the Active Action Department of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine attacked valuable elements of the enemy's air defense system in the temporarily occupied Crimea.

As a result of a strike on the control center of the S-400 Triumph air defense missile division, which was in a combat position, the Russian multifunctional radar 92N6E and the equipment for autonomous power supply of this center were destroyed.

In addition, Ukrainian reconnaissance men successfully hit the AORL-1AS airfield surveillance radar and the P-18 Terek station of the Russian occupiers.

On the morning of October 29, powerful explosions occurred in the temporarily occupied Crimea: the oil depot in the village of Hvardiyske was again damaged. The facility has not yet recovered from the previous attack on October 17, when at least five fuel tanks caught fire.

Earlier, on October 23-24, Ukrainian special forces from the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine destroyed three Russian air defense systems in the temporarily occupied territories of Crimea, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions.
