The Asset Recovery and Management Agency has prepared the seized property of an Odessa-based company for transfer to its management. Among the company’s actual owners were Russian citizens, and its products were used, in particular, for the manufacture of laser systems.

According to the ARMA press service, the company “Cryoin Engineering” specializes in the production of high-purity inert and rare gases, including neon, helium, xenon, and krypton. These products are used in the manufacture of semiconductors, electronics, and laser systems.

The seized assets include production facilities in Odesa and the Odesa region, as well as equipment for the production, packaging, and transportation of gases.

In addition, the property includes four land plots in the Odesa region with a total area of over 1.1 hectares. The list also includes residential real estate in Odesa—apartments, a summer house, and a cottage for family vacations.

In March 2023, the SBU reported that it had exposed the management of a unique Ukrainian enterprise in Odesa for collaborating with the aggressor country.

According to the security service, the Ukrainian enterprise is unique in its capabilities, as it can achieve over 90% purification of inert gases. By comparison, local plants in Russia achieve only 60% purification.
