Asset Recovery Agency starts looking for a receiver for gas producer in Odesa

The National Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has announced preliminary market consultations to find a manager of the seized property and corporate rights of Cryoin Engineering Limited Liability Company.

This was reported by the ARMA press service.

The company produces and supplies high-purity inert gases around the world - neon, 20Ne, 21Ne and 22Ne isotopes, helium, xenon, krypton. The enterprise is located in Odesa region and is equipped with all the necessary equipment for production, packaging and transportation of products.

The assets were transferred to the agency by the Shevchenkivskyi Court of Kyiv. As noted in the court's ruling, during the pre-trial investigation of the criminal proceedings, investigators found that the citizens of the Russian Federation, who are the founders and actual owners of Cryoin Engineering LLC, organized financial and economic activities in the interests of the aggressor state on the territory of Ukraine in close cooperation with a number of business entities of the aggressor state, namely Business Management LLC (LLC) from Moscow, as well as with the help of other Russian companies, supplied products to representatives of the state of Ukraine.

According to available data, the founder and ultimate beneficial owner of Cryoin Engineering LLC is S.G. Specialized Geosciences Trading Ltd. from Cyprus. Until June 6, 2022, the ultimate beneficial owner (controller) of Cryoin Engineering LLC through SJ Special Gas Trading LLC was a citizen of the Russian Federation.
