A million was laid for culture in Dobroslav

Deputies of the Dobroslav village council in Odesa region have approved a program for the development of culture in the Dobroslav territorial community for 2026-2030.

Iryna Matyar, head of the Department of Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports, told Intent that the program envisages active national and patriotic education, the formation of national identity, and maximizing the role of cultural institutions as centers of public life, particularly during the war and post-war reconstruction.

The goal of the program is to preserve and develop cultural heritage as a resource for present and future generations, and to promote culture in the Dobroslav community as an important component of Ukrainian national identity aimed at strengthening national unity.

The total amount of financial resources required to implement the program is UAH 1 million 760 thousand. In 2026, UAH 300 thousand will be allocated, in 2027 - UAH 340 thousand, in 2028 - UAH 340 thousand, in 2029 - UAH 390 thousand, and in 2030 - UAH 390 thousand. All funds are to be allocated from the local budget.

The program will be implemented in the following areas:

Expected results of the program implementation: ensuring the implementation of the state policy in the field of culture, art, and folk crafts in the community; solving a set of socio-economic problems in the sector and ensuring the full functioning of community cultural institutions; improving the state of cultural services for the population of the Dobroslav community; creating the most favorable conditions for obtaining affordable and high-quality out-of-school education, for the development of professional and amateur art.
