A medic was wounded in Kherson region during shelling

On September 19, Antonivka, Sadove, Inzhenerne, Komyshany, Prydniprovske, Dniprovske, Veletenske, Pryozerne, Mykilske, Darivka, Novovorontsovka, Novoberislav, Zmiivka and the city of Kherson came under enemy fire and air strikes by the Russian occupation army in Kherson region.

This was announced by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Prokudin.

The official said that during the shelling of the region, the Russian occupiers hit critical infrastructure; residential areas of the region's settlements, including five high-rise buildings and 14 private houses. The occupiers also damaged private cars.

Prokudin added that five people were injured that day as a result of Russian aggression. Thus, at about 11:40 a.m., the Russian military dropped explosives from a drone in Sadove. An 82-year-old man sustained shrapnel wounds. At 16:00, the occupiers attacked Kherson with a drone once again. Two people have been injured as a result of the explosives dropped: A 58-year-old woman who sustained explosive trauma and injuries, and a 39-year-old medical worker who was seriously injured. Both were outside at the time of the attack.

Earlier, it was reported that six civilians were injured in the liberated part of the region on September 18 as a result of Russian aggression. According to the prosecutor's office, the occupiers dropped explosive devices from unmanned aerial vehicles in Kherson. As of 5:30 p.m., four civilians were injured in the attacks.

It was also reported that on September 17, one civilian was killed and four others were injured in the right-bank part of Kherson region as a result of Russian aggression. Thus, in the Dniprovsky district of Kherson, the occupiers attacked a 63-year-old man from a drone. He was taken to the hospital in serious condition. The victim died from his injuries.
