Occupants are hunting residents of Kherson region with drones: a man was killed

On September 17, Prydniprovske, Antonivka, Zelenivka, Inzhenerne, Sadove, Kizomys, Komyshany, Dniprovske, Bilozerka, Honcharne, Beryslav, Mykhailivka, Tavriyske, Zolota Balka, Havrylivka and the city of Kherson came under enemy fire and air strikes by the Russian occupation army in Kherson region.

This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Prokudin.

The official said that during the shelling of the region, the Russian invaders hit a social and medical institution and a store; residential areas of the region's settlements, including a high-rise building and 22 private houses. The occupiers also damaged a gas pipeline, outbuildings, garage cooperatives and private cars.

Prokudin added that one civilian was killed and four others were injured as a result of Russian aggression in the right-bank part of Kherson region. Thus, in the Dniprovsky district of Kherson, the occupiers attacked a 63-year-old man from a drone. He was taken to a hospital in serious condition. The victim died from his injuries. The Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office also launched an investigation into the injuries. On September 17, 2024, at about 15:10, the occupiers dropped an explosive device from an unmanned aerial vehicle near a store in Kherson. The attack injured three civilians - a man who was seriously wounded and two women.

OnSeptember 16, two civilians were killed, including one child, and three others were injured in the right-bank part of Kherson region as a result of Russian aggression.

Earlier it was reported that on September 15, during the shelling of the liberated part of the region, Russian invaders hit a critical infrastructure facility; residential areas of the region's settlements, including two high-rise buildings and six private houses. The occupiers also damaged an outbuilding, agricultural machinery and private cars.
