Inna Pod'yacheva, the chair of the Teplodar City Court in Odesa Oblast, purchased a 67.7-square-meter apartment in Odesa. To purchase the property, the official took out a loan of nearly 2 million hryvnias under the state program “eOselya.”

This is evidenced by data in the Unified State Register of Declarations.

According to the published data on significant changes in financial status, the purchase and sale agreement was signed on October 12, 2026. The cost of the apartment is 3,213,500 hryvnias.

To purchase the apartment, the judge took out a loan from JSC CB “PrivatBank” under the “yeOselya” preferential mortgage lending program in the amount of 1,953,500 hryvnias.

“yeOselya” is a government program for affordable mortgage lending. It allows borrowers to obtain a loan for up to 20 years with a down payment of at least 20% at a preferential interest rate of 3% (for military personnel, law enforcement officers, medical professionals, teachers, and researchers) or 7% (for veterans, internally displaced persons, and other citizens without their own housing).

As previously reported by Intent, Inna Pod'yacheva, the chair of the Teplodar City Court in the Odesa region, received a gift of 225,000 hryvnias, which she disclosed in her financial disclosure statement.

As noted in a document published by the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption, the money was given to the judge by Dmytro Pod’yachev, who, judging by the judge’s patronymic, is her father.

In total, in her annual declaration for 2025, the judge listed six apartments: two of which are owned by her partner, Oleksandr Pereyma, with whom she lives but is not married; one belongs to her; one is rented; and the others are used by them. The fact is that the apartments owned by the judge and her partner are located in Kakhovka, Kherson Oblast.
