The head of a court in the Odesa region was given 225,000

Inna Pod'yacheva, the chair of the Teplodar City Court in Odesa Oblast, received a gift of 225,000 hryvnias, which she disclosed in her financial disclosure statement.

As noted in a document published by the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption, the money was given to the judge by Dmytro Pod'yachev, who, judging by the judge’s patronymic, is her father.   

In total, in her annual declaration for 2025, the judge listed six apartments: two of which are owned by her partner, Oleksandr Pereyma, with whom she lives but is not married; one belongs to her; one is rented; and the others are used by them. The fact is that the apartments owned by the judge and her partner are located in Kakhovka, Kherson Oblast. 

The family owns two cars. A 2014 Renault Megane, owned by Oleksandr Pereyma and used by Inna Pod’yacheva since 2014, and a 2015 Fiat 500X, which belongs directly to her.

The family’s income consists almost exclusively of the judge’s salary —1,206,400 hryvnias per year—and various types of government assistance totaling 4,237 hryvnias. Inna Pod’yacheva keeps 18,000 U.S. dollars in cash. Oleksandr Pereyma has an additional $2,000, plus $1,500 in his bank account.
