A former judge from the Mykolaiv region reported assets worth millions in his final financial disclosure statement

<span><span><span><span><span><span> Mykola Voynarivsky, a judge of the Mykolaiv District Court, declared a new apartment, an SUV, and nearly two million hryvnias in cash prior to his resignation. His declaration upon resignation covered the period from January 1 to July 6, 2026</span></span></span></span></span></span>

<span><span><span><span><span><span>This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations, citing the judge’s declaration. </span></span></span></span></span></span>

<span><span><span><span><span><span>The declaration states that the judge uses a 49-square-meter garden house in Mykolaiv that belongs to another person. The value of the property at the time he acquired the right to use it was 490,000 hryvnias. </span></span></span></span></span></span>

<span><span><span><span><span><span>Starting in May 2026, the judge was granted the right to use an 87.4-square-meter apartment owned by the executive committee of the Mykolaiv City Council. Its value is estimated at over 2.47 million hryvnias.</span></span></span></span></span></span>

<span><span><span><span><span><span>The former judge also declared a 2010 Volkswagen Touareg, purchased in late 2025 for 750,000 hryvnias.</span></span></span></span></span></span>

<span><span><span><span><span><span>In the first half of 2026, he received over 1.81 million hryvnias in salary from the Territorial Administration of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine in Mykolaiv Oblast. In addition, he declared 30 hryvnias in interest from a bank deposit.</span></span></span></span></span></span>

<span><span><span><span><span><span>Mykola Voynarivsky’s cash assets consist of 1.83 million hryvnias in cash. The declaration also lists accounts held at PrivatBank, OTP Bank, and Raiffeisen Bank.</span></span></span></span></span></span>

<span><span><span><span><span><span>Mykola Voynarivsky was appointed a judge in 2010. Over the years, he has applied for positions on the High Council of Justice and the Commercial Court of Cassation within the Supreme Court, and has also submitted applications to participate in competitions for positions on the Constitutional Court of Ukraine and the Mykolaiv Regional Court of Appeals. On March 23, 2024, he was disqualified from the competition for the Constitutional Court due to failure to meet the criteria of integrity and moral character.</span></span></span></span></span></span>

Previously, the Pervomaisky City and District Court of MykolaivOblast found Natalia Ositkovska, chair of the Pervomaisky Interdistrict Medical and Social Expert Commission, guilty of making false declarations. The basis for the guilty verdict, in particular, was the findings of a comprehensive audit of her 2023 declaration conducted by the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption. The audit revealed that the official had provided false information amounting to over 2.7 million hryvnias.
