A 48-year-old financier of an agricultural enterprise from Kakhovka district, who is accused of aiding the aggressor state, will be tried in Kherson region. According to the investigation, the woman not only re-registered the company under Russian law, but also transferred money to a fund to support the members of the so-called "svoya".

This was reported by the press service of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office.

Prosecutors of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office have sent to court an indictment against a resident of the region who is accused of aiding the aggressor state.

According to the investigation, the 48-year-old woman was in charge of financial matters of an agricultural enterprise registered in Kakhovka district and had the right to sign documents after the start of the full-scale invasion of Russia.

After the occupation of a part of Kherson region, the owner of the company, who was based in Kyiv, agreed to re-register the company in accordance with Russian law. The accused, according to the investigation, registered the company with the occupation tax service, which resulted in taxes and fees going to the Russian budget.

The prosecutor's office notes that in 2023, the owner decided to sell the integral property complex of the enterprise. To do this, the woman prepared the necessary documents, and a Russian agricultural enterprise became a potential buyer, with whom they signed an agreement of intent.

In addition, one of the conditions for the sale was to support the aggressor's army. According to the investigation, following the instructions of her superior, the accused transferred 100 thousand rubles to the account of the Russian fund to support participants in the so-called "special military operation".

Also, a fuel supply scheme for the pseudo-authorities was operating for years in the occupied part of Kherson region. It was organized by a resident of Crimea, who headed the company and cooperated with the occupation structures.
