Another Ukrainian family has been returned from the temporarily occupied Kherson region.

This was announced by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Prokudin.

The official said in a post that the family is raising two boys and a girl, aged 12 to 16. Fearing that the children would be taken to an orphanage, the parents were forced to send them to a Russian school. There, the so-called "teachers" brainwashed the children with Russian propaganda. So the parents decided to move to the territory controlled by Ukraine.

The head of the ODA added that children and adults are now safe and receive the necessary assistance from the relevant services. He also noted that this return is the result of the work of Save Ukraine volunteers.

Earlier it was reported that at the end of August, five more families with children were returned from the temporarily occupied Kherson region to the government-controlled territory of Ukraine. These families are raising eight children. These are five boys and three girls, aged 6 to 14. This is not the first return of families with children from the temporarily occupied Kherson region in August. It was reported that six more families were evacuated from the temporarily occupied communities of Kherson region to the government-controlled territory. These families are raising two boys and four girls. The children are between the ages of 3 and 12. Adults and children are now safe. Doctors and psychologists are working with them to help the families adapt to the new conditions. This return, like many others, was made possible by the superhuman efforts of Save Ukraine. From the beginning of 2024 to early September, 181 children from the Kherson region were returned to government-controlled territory.

It was also said that nine children from the temporarily occupied communities of the Kherson region were returned to the government-controlled territory of Ukraine. These are four families with four boys and five girls. The youngest child is eight months old, the oldest is 17 years old.
