In the port of Reni in the Odesa region, 100% of the corporate rights of a stevedoring company specializing in grain cargo have been put up for sale. The price has not been disclosed.

This is stated in an announcement by the investment platform InVenture.

The company holds port operator status and has direct access to river and sea berths. It can accommodate river and sea vessels with a carrying capacity of up to 15,000 metric tons.

The company leases a 7,500-square-meter plot of land. It is also registered as an entity within the“Reni” Special Economic Zone. An investment project for the terminal’s reconstruction has already been approved within the zone.

The production complex is located within the port’s second cargo area, approximately 500 meters from the berthing line.

The asset includes a floor storage warehouse with an area of 2,000 square meters and a height of 12 meters. It can simultaneously store about 4,500 metric tons of wheat.

The warehouse can receive grain directly from dump trucks, as well as via grain hoppers and conveyors.

The company’s fleet includes 7 screw conveyors and 2 belt conveyors, two ZM-100 grain throwers, and two JCB telescopic loaders equipped with grain buckets.

Trucks are weighed using truck scales with a capacity of 80 metric tons and a length of 22 meters. Another set of new scales has been installed nearby, which are scheduled to be put into operation as part of a future investment project.

A railroad track runs through the site and along the warehouse. This allows for the creation of a designated area for unloading grain from railcars.

The approved modernization project calls for the installation of silos with a total capacity of approximately 11,000 metric tons and an automated grain receiving station to transfer grain directly from railcars to the warehouse.
