In Odesa, a tender for repair and restoration work at gymnasium No. 107, located at 30 Kira Muratova Street (formerly Lev Tolstoy Street), has been suspended. This is a local architectural and urban planning monument.

Information about this is available on the Prozorro e-procurement portal.

The customer was the Capital Construction Department of the Odesa City Council, which announced the procurement on April 24 with a planned cost of UAH 92.5 million.

Theauction was supposed to take place on May 12, but the procedure was suspended due to complaints. One of them - from UKRSERVISGROUP LLC - was initially canceled by the company itself, but on May 8, the company filed a complaint again against the procurement conditions. On May 12, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine accepted the complaint for consideration, and the auction was suspended.

According to the project, the contractor was to completely renovate the interior of the gymnasium: replace all windows, doors, and floors, install new stairs, plasterboard the walls, and install modern ceilings with lighting.

Special attention was planned to be paid to accessibility - an inclusive environment with tactile strips, navigation signs on the walls, special tile flooring, and comfortable restrooms for people with disabilities was to be arranged.

In addition, the building's masonry had to be repaired and waterproofed.

As Intent wrote, a technical examination has been appointed in the case of the alleged embezzlement of almost UAH 5 million during the repair of the roof of Odesa Lyceum No. 6. Investigators have already received permission to inspect the roof of the school.

Also in Odesa, the case of alleged embezzlement of budget funds during the repair of a shelter in kindergarten No. 241, located at 5-A Vitaliy Blazhko Street, is being considered.
