7 million planned for improvement of school and playgrounds in Fontanka

The Fontansky village council of Odesa district has announced three million tenders for landscaping. The contractors will be selected in early September, and all work is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.

The Odesa Fontanska village council has announced three tenders for the improvement of the community's territories. The first one involves the construction of a children's sports ground and the arrangement of the adjacent territory near the Fontansky village house of culture on Tsentralna Street. The expected value of the procurement is UAH 3.608 million, and the bid security is UAH 18 thousand.

The second tender concerns the reconstruction of the fence and the arrangement of landscaping elements, including a playground, on the territory of Svitlivska Primary School. The city budget allocates UAH 2.153 million for these works. The contractor must also provide a security deposit of UAH 10 thousand.

The third tender covers the reconstruction of a children's sports ground near the Topolka kindergarten. The expected cost is UAH 1.248 million, and the bid security is UAH 6 thousand.

The auctions are scheduled to start on September 3, and the selected contractors are expected to complete the work by December 31, 2025. The winners are also required to provide a bank guarantee for the entire duration of the contract. The bidders must also confirm the availability of equipment and material and technical facilities necessary for the work.

Also, the Department of Capital Construction and Roads of the Odesa Regional State Administration announced a tender for the overhaul of the radiation shelter at the Velykokomarivsky Lyceum in Rozdilnyansky district with an expected cost of more than fifteen million six hundred thousand hryvnias.

In addition, in Odesa region, the company received a contract to repair the roof of the Karakurt House of Culture in Bolhrad district. The State Audit Service launched an audit due to suspicious bidding conditions. Currently, the company's director may be in custody in criminal proceedings for misappropriation of budget funds during the renovation of the Odesa Regional Cancer Center in 2023, where the scope and cost of work were overstated.
