56 million allocated for construction of a shelter for a kindergarten in Mykolaiv region

In Mykolaiv region, they decided to build a shelter for a kindergarten. It is planned to spend more than UAH 56 million on the construction.

It is planned to build a protective structure on the territory of Bereznehuvata educational institution No. 1 "Sunshine".

The project was initiated by the Department of Education, Culture, Youth and Sports of the Bereznehuvata Village Council. The purpose of the construction is to ensure uninterrupted access to educational services.

The total area of the shelter is 770.94 square meters, and the building is 881.67 square meters. The estimated construction duration is 36 months. The project is currently in preparation.

Despite the fact that the Dream ecosystem has not yet determined the budget for the construction of the shelter for children, the accompanying documents indicate that it is planned to spend UAH 56 million 427 thousand 373 on the construction.

Of this amount, UAH 40 million 502 thousand 993 will be spent on the construction itself, UAH 4 million 175 thousand 888 on equipment, furniture and inventory, and UAH 11 million 748 thousand 492 on other expenses.

The project provides 124 places for children and 36 for staff.

In addition to the main construction works, it is planned to install a fire protection system, fire alarm, communication systems, electric lighting, water supply and sewerage, heating, ventilation and air conditioning.

It was also decided to create a shelter at the Mykolaiv Rehabilitation Center for Children with Special Needs. Almost one and a half million hryvnias were allocated from the budget for this purpose. The selected contractor must complete the repair work by December 31, 2024.

Mykolaiv's Palace of Creativity is also planning to repair and equip shelters. The city budget allocated more than UAH 2 million for this purpose. The contractor must complete the repair work by December 16, 2024.

In addition, the Education Department of Mykolaiv City Council decided to repair two educational institutions. A gymnasium and a kindergarten are to be repaired by November 30. Thus, it is planned to repair a building in Mykolaiv gymnasium No. 43 and a building in kindergarten No. 133. UAH 189,428.94 has been allocated for the renovation of the gymnasium and UAH 358,690.24 for the kindergarten.
