How to recover from COVID-19

The Ministry of Health of Ukraine does not provide instructions or a recipe for quick recovery. This is especially true given the different course of the disease and the individual characteristics of each patient.

Among the tips given by the professional community to patients who have had COVID-19 are to maintain a sleep schedule and a balanced diet, moderate physical activity, exercises to train the brain and cognitive abilities, and walks in the fresh air.

You should also pay attention to the treatment of chronic diseases, if any. You should consult your family doctor about your condition. Do not hesitate to share your concerns or discuss the complaints and symptoms you have experienced after contracting COVID-19.
