Counterfeit products and underground workshops

Underground production is illegal manufacturing activity carried out without proper permits and registration. Such workshops often produce counterfeit, forged, or substandard products, including clothing, food products, alcohol, and other goods. The activities of underground production facilities violate legislation on consumer rights protection, tax payment, and product safety. Law enforcement agencies regularly expose such networks, especially in the southern regions of Ukraine.
