Ukrenergo is the operator of Ukraine's electricity transmission system, which manages backbone power grids and coordinates the operation of the United Energy System. The company is responsible for transmitting electricity from generation to distribution networks, administering commercial metering and settlements on the electricity market. Ukrenergo develops and publishes schedules for planned power outages, which are particularly relevant during wartime, and is also involved in developing energy infrastructure, including the construction of new generation facilities.
