Telegram is a messenger widely used in Ukraine for both personal communication and information dissemination through public channels and groups. The platform is actively used by both public organizations and media outlets, as well as state institutions, however, channels often become sources of disinformation, propaganda, and violations of journalism standards, especially during military conflicts.
