Technar is an Odesa design bureau that develops unmanned systems and civilian technologies for Ukraine. The bureau is known for creating the Mongoose jet-powered interceptor drone to combat enemy unmanned aerial vehicles, as well as developing the eAirDefense application for civil defense. The organization combines military developments with civilian projects aimed at protecting the population during military operations.
