State Budget of Ukraine and Expenditures
A state budget is an annual plan of government revenues and expenditures developed by authorities to finance public needs and influence economic development. It includes income from taxes, fees, and other sources, as well as expenditures on defense, social programs, infrastructure, and other state functions. Ukraine's budget system consists of the state budget and budgets of administrative units. Control over the use of budget funds is an important part of combating corruption and ensuring transparency of government expenditures.
