Events from the State Archive

A state archive is an institution that engages in the collection, description, preservation, and digitization of historical documents. Archives operate at the regional level and are subordinate to the State Archival Service of Ukraine. They preserve documents on the history of cities and regions, including materials about cultural monuments, notarial cases, and records of historical events. Archival institutions also engage in protecting documentary heritage during military conflicts and its restoration following occupation.
