Events from the Specialized Environmental Prosecution Office

The Specialized Environmental Prosecutor's Office is a structural unit of the General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine that specializes in investigating and prosecuting environmental crimes. It handles criminal cases related to illegal logging, environmental pollution, violations of nature protection legislation, and other environmental offenses. The Prosecutor's Office operates throughout the territory of Ukraine, including regional branches, and conducts prosecutions of guilty parties, as well as seeks to recover damages caused to the state and nature.
