"Single window" services for military personnel

"Single Window" is a concept of centralized service delivery, where citizens can receive several different administrative services in one place instead of visiting multiple institutions. In Kherson region, such a window is being implemented in CNAPs (centers for administrative services provision) for specialized service to military personnel and their families, in particular the wounded and combat participants. This makes it possible to accelerate document processing and obtaining necessary assistance in wartime conditions.
