Protection of human rights and freedoms
Protection of rights is a complex of measures and activities aimed at ensuring compliance with the rights of humans, citizens, and minorities. It includes the work of human rights organizations, court proceedings, appeals to international bodies and authorities for the purpose of preventing rights violations, investigating crimes against humanity, and restoring justice. It is particularly relevant for Ukraine in the context of occupation, conflicts, and protection of the rights of Crimean Tatars, Ukrainians, and other population groups.
