scholarships

Scholarships are forms of financial assistance provided to students and young people for outstanding achievements in academics, sports, arts, or public activities. Named scholarships are awarded personally to specific individuals in honor of prominent figures, volunteers, or philanthropists. At the local level, government authorities and public organizations often establish such scholarships to support talented youth and encourage the development of talents in their communities.
