Mine clearance and sapper work
Sappers are military engineers who specialize in demining, neutralizing explosives and other explosive hazards. Their work includes engineering reconnaissance, installation and maintenance of mine and explosive barriers, as well as clearing safe passages through mined territories. In Mykolaiv and Kherson regions, sappers are actively involved in demining lands affected by military operations, using both traditional methods and modern technologies, including artificial intelligence.
