A resource center is an organization that provides informational, consultative, and expert support to public associations and civil society organizations. Such centers promote the development of civic activity, disseminate knowledge about the rights and responsibilities of members of public organizations, issues of property and legal status. They help public organizations understand the legislative restrictions and conditions of their activities in Ukraine.
