Rashism as an ideology and threat

Rashism is a term that denotes the political ideology of the Russian regime, which is based on ultranationalism, ideas about the special civilizational mission of Russians, and intolerance toward the cultures of other peoples. This phenomenon is characterized by the use of military force, energy leverage, and propaganda against countries within the sphere of influence of the Russian Federation. In 2023, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine officially recognized rashism as the state ideology of the RF and condemned it as a totalitarian and misanthropic regime.
