State Holidays of Ukraine

State holidays are officially recognized days that the state establishes as non-working and festive dates in the calendar. In Ukraine, these include both traditional religious holidays (Christmas, Easter) and national commemorative days and state observances (Europe Day, Defenders of Ukraine Day). Celebrations of state holidays are often accompanied by cultural events, memorial actions, and changes in the operation of state institutions and public transport.
