Public discussions are forms of engaging citizens in deliberating important issues of local and state significance. They include public hearings, budget presentations, discussions of city development projects, memorials, and other socially significant decisions. Such events allow residents to express their opinions, influence decision-making by authorities, and actively participate in the civic life of their communities.
