Events Poster at Resilience Points
Resilience Points are public spaces created in Ukraine during Russian aggression to provide the civilian population with critically important services and resources. They are located on the basis of municipal facilities, enterprises and other public spaces and provide access to electricity, heat, water, mobile communications and the internet. The project was initiated in November 2022 in response to massive attacks by Russian forces on Ukraine's critical infrastructure. Resilience Points operate in many regions, especially in southern areas — Odesa, Mykolaiv and Kherson region.
