PACE — the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, an international organization that unites parliamentarians from 46 European states. The Assembly is engaged in the protection of human rights, democracy and the rule of law, regularly adopting resolutions and recommendations on current issues. On this platform, PACE expresses its position on human rights violations, including the situation in Ukraine and the actions of Russia.
